Questions, problem reports, and other concerns about items and purchases in the Download Store should be sent directly to Digital River via the Digital River Customer Service page (you'll find a link to it at the bottom of Download Store pages, as well). The page includes a Quick Order Lookup function and links to the answers to frequently asked questions. At the bottom of that page is a Contact Customer Service link that will take you to a form you can use to submit your question, report, or comment.
